Can I switch plans later?

Can I get a refund if I cancel early?
- Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be canceled at any time.
- When you cancel a monthly subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of the month when you cancel a monthly plan.
- For annual plans canceled within the first 30 days, we offer a full refund.
- For cancellations after 30 days but before the full year, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused months, less a 20% early termination fee.

Can I switch plans later?
- Upgrading: When you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. The charges for the new paid plan are applied at the moment of upgrade, giving you instant access to the expanded features, limits, and Decent Credits included in your new subscription.
- Downgrading: You can downgrade from an Enterprise plan to a Pro plan, as long as your company’s current usage — including users, Sites, Assets, Activities, and Decent Credits (TCCs & VIDs) — fits within the limits of the Pro plan.
If your usage exceeds the Pro plan limits, you'll need to adjust your resources first (e.g., remove unused Assets or Sites) before the downgrade can be applied.
All downgrades take effect immediately.
⚠️ Downgrading to the Free plan is not supported. - Upgrade to Enterprise: Enterprise plans are custom, tailor-made subscription packages designed specifically for organizations that need more resources, higher allowances, or additional capabilities beyond what is included in the Pro plan.

Our team will contact you to discuss your needs and prepare a custom plan tailored specifically for your organization. - Free Trial to Paid: Upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan gives you immediate access to premium features. If the Free trial expires and your account enters the grace period, you must upgrade to a Paid plan to restore access. If the grace period ends without upgrading, the account becomes anonymized and access is lost.
