In May 2020 a team of Health & Safety professionals joined forces with a team of Blockchain technology experts. Since then both teams embarked on a trip to disrupt the H&S industry, envisioning the formation of a digital H&S ecosystem. In February 2021, we launched project Decent.H&S; a web-based app that utilizes open-standards with a Blockchain backbone to facilitate a digital ecosystem that empowers the faultless implementation of Health & Safety at Work, by all-sized enterprises, and for any industry. Our solutions are suitable for both the private and the public sector.
All services are offered under our private entity Decent H.S. Consultancy ltd established in Cyprus, 2021.

George Efthimiou
I am leading the Decent.H&S project.
George is the “father” of Decent.H&S” project. He holds a degree in Mineral Resources Engineering from the Technical University of Crete and has been working on Occupational Health & Safety since 2001. With his vast experience he has been undertaking the overall H&S
Management (administrative and technical) of projects related to construction sites and industrial plants, and provided advanced consultancy services in all kinds of enterprises.
Michalis Kouyialis
I am leading the H&S experts team of Decent.H&S.
Michalis is an Architect Engineer with over 20years of successful working experience within international corporations in Bahrain, UAE, Oman, Greece, and Cyprus in uniquely challenging positions in the design and construction industry.

Alexis Nicolaou
I am leading the financial affairs of Decent H&S.
Alexis is a Fellow Member of the ICAEW, with a BA (Hons) from the University of Nottingham in Industrial Economics and Accountancy and a MSc in Blockchain and Digital Currencies from the University of Nicosia. Alexis has been for over 25 years’ in C-Suite positions in the accounting, finance, media, content production and electronic banking sectors. He is currently heading Grant Thornton Cyprus’ DLT Business Unit, with experience in launching and running Blockchain start-ups.
George Agathangelou
I am leading the business development of Decent.H&S
George studied Economics and Business Administration and has a 10-year track record in regulated financial services. He holds the CySEC professional competence certificate and served most his career as an executive for Cyprus Investment Firms. His is also a founding member of the Cyprus Blockchain Association, a Certified Bitcoin Professional and currently he is undertaking the MSc in Blockchain and Digital Currency at the University of Nicosia.
