Decent H&S – Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy outlines how subscription allocations, additional usage, and pay-as-you-use purchases are structured within the Decent platform.
1. Allocation Model
Immutable Verification Actions and QR Identifiers are provisioned as fixed allocations upon subscription activation and do not reset, renew, or roll over automatically unless explicitly stated in the applicable subscription plan.
These allocations represent the right to generate blockchain-anchored compliance records and assign digital identities to physical assets within the platform.
If additional capacity is required, customers may purchase further allocations under Decent’s pay-as-you-use pricing model.
The availability, structure, and pricing of subscriptions, allocations, and add-ons may be modified from time to time at Decent’s discretion.
2. Pay-As-You-Use Purchases
Customers may purchase additional Immutable Verification Actions and QR Identifiers directly within the platform by navigating to:
Subscription → My Subscription → “Order More Credits”
Additional allocations are billed separately and are subject to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
3. Usage Pricing
The following pricing applies to additional allocations purchased beyond those included in your subscription plan.

Important Notes
- Pricing is exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes.
- Charges apply per unit purchased.
- Allocations are added to your account balance upon successful payment.
- Purchased allocations do not expire while your subscription remains active.
4. Pricing Updates
Decent may update pricing, subscription structures, or allocation models from time to time. Updated pricing will apply to future purchases and new subscription periods.
Continued use of the Services following any pricing updates constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
